Mathew brings hands-on trade expertise, practical problem-solving skills, and over 15 years of managerial experience in the building and maintenance sector.

He plays a key role in delivering our building, handyman, and property maintenance services, as well as transforming gardens with expert hedge trimming, tree pruning, and careful attention to overgrown spaces. He has a real talent for taking a garden that’s out of shape and giving it the care it needs to look perfect.

With a keen eye for quality and a can-do approach, Mathew also liaises directly with clients, answers calls, and provides quotes for new jobs. His experience supervising projects on site and his trade knowledge make him the go-to person for any technical challenge.

Whether he’s on site improving a property or in the garden achieving outstanding results, Mathew is dedicated to delivering top-notch service and ensuring every job is done right.

Anisha brings exceptional organisational skills, operational insight, and a hands-on approach to her role as Managing Director and Operations Support.

She plays a key part in both the smooth running of the business and the delivery of our property maintenance services. You’ll often find her mowing lawns, gardening, weeding, trimming small hedges, and helping tidy up after larger jobs, always ensuring each property is left neat, tidy, and well-presented.

Behind the scenes, Anisha manages invoicing, quotes, job bookings, social media, website updates, and oversees Health & Safety. Her calm, can-do attitude and strong organisational skills keep the team on track and clients well looked after.

Whether she’s coordinating schedules, supporting the team, or lending a hand outdoors, Anisha’s dedication, attention to detail, and leadership ensure everything runs safely and efficiently.

Nardia joined our team in 2025, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for keeping outdoor spaces looking their best. She plays a key role in delivering our lawn mowing, gardening, and weed spraying services, and is always up for a challenge, whether it's supporting on a building site or tackling a tough clean-up after hedge trimming.

 

With an eye for detail and a friendly, can-do attitude, Nardia also helps with customer communication, social media content, and light admin work behind the scenes. She’s currently working towards completing her chemical handling certification and already manages a small set of weed spray clients with care and professionalism.

 

When she’s not out on the tools, you’ll find her capturing satisfying before-and-after shots, chatting with clients, or helping keep everything running smoothly.
