1. Services
Lydiard Lawn & Home agrees to provide property maintenance, lawn care, and building services as requested by the client.

2. Pricing & Quotes
All pricing is as agreed prior to commencement. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Variations to the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

3. Payment Terms
Payment is due within 7 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Approved accounts may pay on the 20th of the month following invoice.

We reserve the right to suspend work on overdue accounts.

​

 

4. Late Payment
We reserve the right to charge reasonable costs incurred in recovering overdue amounts, including debt collection fees.

​

 

5. Access & Site Conditions
The client must provide safe and reasonable access to the worksite.
We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by restricted access, weather, or site conditions beyond our control.

6. Damage & Liability
While all reasonable care is taken, Lydiard Lawn & Home shall not be liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or hidden defects

• Damage to underground services not clearly identified

• Damage resulting from normal wear and tear or environmental conditions

Any concerns must be raised within a reasonable timeframe after the work is completed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

7. Insurance
We hold public liability insurance appropriate to the services we provide.

​

 

8. Health & Safety
Clients must ensure that the worksite is safe and free from hazards not disclosed prior to work commencing.

 

 

9. Variations & Additional Work
Any additional work requested outside the original scope will be charged accordingly.

 

 

10. Disputes
Any disputes should be raised promptly so we can work towards a resolution.
Unresolved matters may be referred to the Disputes Tribunal.
